Late Early Voting Due to Death in Family.

Voters who will be absent from his county of residence due to a death of an immediate family member occurring on or after October 28 may apply for a late ballot. Application may be made after the last day of early voting in person, up to the close of business on the day before general election day. (Secs. 103.001, 103.003).

Late Early Voting Due to Sickness or Disability.

Voter who becomes sick or disabled on or after October 25 may obtain an early voting ballot for the general election by sending a representative to the main early voting polling place between October 30th (day after last day of early voting in person) and 5:00 p.m. on election day. Same representative must deliver marked ballot to county clerk before 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. (Secs. 102.001, 102.002, 103.003 and 102.006).
